VSI Meter Services Awarded West View, PA Meter Automation Contract

ASTON, PENNSYLVANIA [September 4, 2007] – VSI Meter Services, Inc. (VSI) announced today that it has been selected as the prime contractor for the West View Water Authority’s metering automation project in western Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. The project consists of the automation of approximately 53,000 water meters in the Authority’s service area with the Sensus’ FlexNet System™.  As prime contractor, VSI will be responsible for the timely and complete execution of the project and will provide all installation and project management services.

This project also includes Sensus water meters.  All meters and equipment are being supplied from Sensus Metering Systems through local distributor L/B Water Service.  The Authority will utilize the Sensus FlexNet system to obtain daily and hourly reads for all of the city’s water customers.
