The quality mission of VSI is to provide the highest quality metering services while also providing safe, cost effective contractor support to electric, gas and water utility clients.
VSI strives to achieve these goals through continual process improvements, quality awareness, client feedback, and above all, employee training.
We measure quality by identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for job safety, accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, process and procedural effectiveness, and client satisfaction. We track and trend our KPI results to ensure project success and enhance continual improvement programs.
We abide by the Project Management Institute guidelines for successful project performance. We also understand that each project has its own unique character. By managing proven project techniques and instituting effective quality adherence under our safety guidelines, we will provide our customers with a customized, highly-effective service solution.
