VSI Meter Services is experienced in managing traditional “transfer” work (move-in/move-out) for utility customers. Working in conjunction with our clients, we design a work process flow that allows a seamless transition of work orders and customer information to our dispatch and work management group who in turn direct the field activities of our technicians. Working within the IT systems of our clients or with our own database, we are able to set appointments, share information and communicate (real time) with our field technicians to ensure that appointments are met and the utility and their customers are kept well informed of our progress.
