Re-Programming. Our field technicians are fully trained in Time

of Use concepts as well as “hands on” processes and procedures according to the needs of the utility.

After the “off peak” meter is installed, VSI Field Technicians program the appropriate rate utilizing a laptop computer. The entire process is a high tech approach to saving the customer money while allowing the utility to better utilize their available resources.
