Credit and Collections

VSI has managed all facets of credit and collections work, from the entire notification process through termination and restoration.

Working in conjunction with our clients, we design a work process that allows work orders and customer information to seamlessly transition through to our call center, dispatch and work management groups. The work is then assigned to our field technicians. Working within the IT systems of our clients, or with our own database, we are able to manage the notification process, set appointments, manage collections, terminate and restore service as appropriate.
